The GEO seeks documented quotes from service providers for an Energy Data Management Tool to allow Main Street Efficiency Initiative program participants to report, track and analyze energy use/cost and CO2 emission data to the GEO. The intent is to create a tool that not only facilitates tracking and reporting for the Main Street Efficiency Initiative, but to also provide a tool for residents and businesses to begin tracking and evaluating their energy use, regardless of whether they are participating in any program.
All vendors who intend to bid on this solicitation must be registered in the Colorado BIDS system to view the request and instructions. Please refer to the solicitation instructions or contact Colorado BIDS at 303-866-6464.
